Aluminium Components firm specialises in the productionof aluminium components , with the use of aluminium profiles, casts and aluminium plates.

Application

Aluminium has a very wide rangeof applications because of its capability to be shaped, as well as its good thermal and electrical conductivity. Aluminium through its physical and mechanical properties is used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics.

By surface (powder coating and anodising) and mechanical treatment, it represents almost an unlimited source of design components.

Precision cutting profiles on CNC machine, cutting format sheet, cutting on the 2 head saw.

Bending, pressing, stamping

Bending sheet on rolling mill, bending aluminum three-step bending maschine, ironing with the use of a hydraulic press, punching .

Welding

Welding technology TIG and MIG.

Surface treatment

Mechanical surface treatment – grinding , polishing, slide – sanding, brushing.

Riveting, assembly, ready-made

Riveting, assembly of push PEM (studded studs and nuts), ready-made parts.

Anodizing

Non-marking anodizing of small details into natural color and black (there is a possibility of other colors), components up to 6 meters into the colors from: natural to gold, olive, champagne, bronze and finally black. The thickness of the anodic coatings is from 5 µm to 25 µm.

Powder coating

Powder coating applications on Wagner in the full range of RAL with powder paint manufacturers AXALTA, AkzoNobel, ST, IGP. The maximum dimensions of paint are 3000 mm x 1500 mm x 1500 mm.
